Removing Temporary Internet Files

Open Internet Explorer

On the menu bar, on top of the page, click on Tools and select internet options.

You will get the window below.

First, click on Delete Cookies and once prompted click on Ok (it may take a few minutes to delete the cookies, so be patient)

Next, still on the internet option window, click on Delete Files (make sure that you put a check mark in the box next to Delete all offline content), click Ok (it may take a few minutes to delete files, so be patient)

Finally, click on Clear History, click Ok and then Yes when prompted.
