I'm currently under a "supplemental" arrangement with my employer. Originally, I figured it would go a few months, so I didn't do the leg work to setup any kind pre-tax retirement plan.
But it looks like this arrangement may go on for a while, so I need to figure something out here. I don't qualify for any benefits, but I am an employee (not a 1099 or an employee of a contracting company).
