Hi,
I refilled my printer's ink cartridges and when I put them back and try to print, i get the message to insert the printer head!
But it is already inserted. |

Try cleaning your printing head with a mild solvent (usually comes in the refill kit).
Make sure it is nice and dry before putting it back, and do not use tissues or anything to dry the head. |
