Hi Louis,

First find the location of your outlook with file type .PST.
Then open your Outlook click on File, then Import, point it toward that .pst file and import the file.

That should do it.

MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.( end message). I suppose the answer somehow lies somewhere within that message but I don't know what to do and help is only available at a "price" so please Help- Help - Help. I am using Incredi-Mail as an alternative . I am able to send/receive E-Mail normally. I also "imported" E-Mail from Outlook Express
to Incredi-Mail In-Box but I did not get all of them.
Thank you for your attention and assistance. Have a good Day.

Sometimes we realize too late the importance of a good backup for email. There are any number of reasons why we might lose our email messages, folders and Address Book. Unless you have had a total system crash and everything is gone, you may be able to recover your lost email. This process does not guarantee you can recover everything, but it is certainly worth trying and I have had success recovering email for friends using this process. This method is for Outlook Express.

Win 98 and Outlook Express. About a week ago I was playing around-- having fun -- and I had gone to Add/ Remove Programs to delete some unwanted items. I did that ok but now I find I cannot access Outlook Express any longer. So,I think I must have done something wrong somewhere then. When I clik on the Outlook Express icon on the Desktop Iget the following message : Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.( end message). I suppose the answer somehow lies somewhere within that message but I don't know what to do and help is only available at a "price" so please Help- Help - Help. I am using Incredi-Mail as an alternative . I am able to send/receive E-Mail normally. I also "imported" E-Mail from Outlook Express
