Hey guys,
whenever i switch on my computer, it (the fan) spins for ~5 seconds and then shuts down itself, then restarts again and does the same, on the 3rd restart it just runs (the fan keeps spinning as usual) but the screen is pitch black; doesnt show anything and the light button thingie flickers each second. I try to hit the reset button, and only after ~3 seconds it'd shut down and reboot, but it goes back to shutting itself down after a few seconds - TWICE then goes stagnant forever. This situation repeats many many many times until only on lucky attempts would the system boot up and the screen shows something.

At times the screen shows NTLDR is missing, and i've had to pay a technician to get it fixed. But the above problem recurs and now i cant boot it up. Also, this problem happened even after i sent it for repair twice!

Please, can someone tell me whats the problem? I would really like to believe its self-repair'able.

Regards,
MangoStew

Maybe you had a problem in your power supply.. either it is broken or cant supply enough current.. if you have an extra power supply, try swappimh it..

While if the ntldr is missing.. you have to repair it by using your OS..
