On my computer, when I click to start the internet, the window opens up and closes immediately.
I can't access the internet anymore!

What should I do?

Try to open "My Computer" or "My Docu, ents" and type www.google.com instead in the address bar. Hopefully it will work and you will gain access to the internet when you can download an antivirus, antispyware and a new browser.

If that did not work, try the procedure on this post http://www.fixingmycomputer.com/computer_repair_forum/about159.html
install firefox and use it to go on the internet to get antivirus and spyware.

Let us know more details about your problem and we'll be better able to help you!

When you are browsing the internet a window sometimes opens then closes?
-or-
When you load IE it instantly crashes and does not allow you to use it whatsoever?
... for this problem you either have a laggy website for your homepage or there is a corruption in your installation.

In such a case you may want to try one of the following suggestions:
1) Reset Internet Explorer settings.
2) Run Internet Explorer troubleshooters in Windows 7.
By default, Windows 7 has two Internet Explorer troubleshooters on a new installation. These are Internet Explorer Performance and Internet Explorer Safety. To access them, open Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Troubleshooting > All Categories.
