Accidentally we have disabled the task manager.When we click control panel , it says the operations has been cancelled due to the restrictions effected in this computer and please contact the system administrator.Please help me to correct this.

Otherwise, the easy way is to: Click Start, then click Run, then type gpedit.msc and click OK.
In the Group Policy settings window (on the right hand side) select User Configuration, then select Administrative Templates, then select System, then select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options, then right click on Remove Task Manager and select properties.
Select the Enable option, then click Ok.

Actually you can install the printer drivers by running the program as administrator.
Or you can unhide the administrator account.
You can go to Accessories > Command Prompt > Run AS Administrator
You should get the command prompt
Type in Net user administrator /active:yes
Restart the computer and you should have your administrator account activated.
