Hello,

Dear Lily,

Your virus is hiding in your Restore file that has been locked by Windows !!

For your antivirus to definitively detect it and remove it, you must go disable the restore option temporary for your antivirus to be able to access that file).

Go on "My computer", right click, choose options, select Automatic Recovery tab, checkmark the box that disables it, then click OK.

Now you can run your antivirus and it will remove it (if it recognizes the virus). Kaspersky antivirus is my favorite.

Once the virus has been removed, you should re-enable the automatic restore by following the same step as above.

Cheers Shocked

Hey lilly, after you have disabled your system recovery like explained above... Reboot to safemode and do further scans here. This can often remove virus's easier then normal windows.

Hey everyone, I am starting an online business within the next few days and I need to apply for a credit card. I know everyone has different requirements for what makes a good card. All I want to know is if anyone has suggestions based on previous experiences that you have had. Any suggestions will help.

To remove BankerFox.A spyware you must block BankerFox.A sites, stop and remove processes, unregister DLL files, search and delete all other BankerFox.A files and registry utility. Follow the BankerFox.A detection and removal instructions below.

The most typical software removal method is to remove BankerFox.A by using "Add or Remove Programs" service. However there may be hidden BankerFox.A files, running processes and registries in your computer, so BankerFox.A may recreate all other files after reboot.

An antivirus is not able to catch all the viruses. Some may not be able to catch some type of Viruses. Which antivirus you are using ? try with Kaspersky its themost reliable one from my view.

Thanks
