When I press start, accessories, system tools the defrag option is no longer there.
How can I get it back? |

Press Start, Run then type dfrg.msc
That should solve your problem! |

Also - you're probably defragging WAY too often. you don't need to defrag until fragmentation gets over 20%. Depending on how you use the computer, you may junk it before you ever have to defrag it. (I have computers that have been in continuous use for 10 years that don't need to be defragged yet.) If disk access hasn't slowed down, chances are that the drive doesn't need to be defragged.
