i lost the administrative privilage of my computer.
now i can't remove or install some softwares.
i am also restricted from doing various system changes.
pls. advice my some steps to restore the rights.
in my comp. i can't acess the user profiles, search option, help and troubleshoot menu

You most likely have a virus.
Try to access admin account in Safe Mode.

Almost sure thats a virus... (usual traits of a virus infection)

First, switch off your system restore. This is located...

start > right click my comp > properties > system restore tab > tick box to disable

Once this has been done, hit f8 on restart to reboot into safemode...

Or, start > run > msconfig > BOOT.INI > tick box to restart into safemode > ok > restart

Once you have done the above and are in safemode, do a few virus scans... I suggest malwarebytes and avg scans.

Take it easy.Try to use the Windows password recovery tool to bypass Windows password,including Windows administrator password and user passwords,it supports Windows 7,Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003.
