| Fujitsu Myrica C 50 desktop ,I removed these little connections (Power Switch, Reset Switch, Power Led etc) and i have lost the map of where they should be reconnected, they are not labelled on the motherboard even in miniscule print (I have very good eyesight). There is no manual available for this machine on the Fujitsu Siemens website (Computer serial number 3332480370) |

| As far as I can tell, Myrica refers to Fujitsu's line of plasma TV. What kind of other markings can you read on your computer? |

Hello, yes unfortunately for me Fujitsu also produced a line of screens with the same name as this model of desktop pc but if you want to put in my serial number (3332480370) on the Fujitsu site you will see that it is also a Fujitsu Siemens Myrica C 50 desktop pc

| Hello Thanks for the help but that is not the motherboard in the pc, i had an MSI board before and it was written on the board but this does not appear to be an MSI board, the conections are different, board layout is very different from the manual, pin connections are horizontal direction on my board and the single pin is in the middle of the group rather than at the end of it. Sorry for that and i really do appreciate your help |

Using your serial number I found the driver for your computer and they were referring to that motherboard. I don't know how else we can find your motherboard manual.
Another option (although more risky) is to short between pins until your computer starts (then you will know the Power or Reset pair), then use an Ohmmeter / Voltmeter to find the right wires to connect.
Let me know if you need more help with that. |

Thanks a million for your help! Good news and bad news, 1st of all i decided to scrutinise the board again to see if the name was written in small print somewhere on it but it isn't but i noticed that the Bios clear jumper settings were printed in a diagram a few inches away from the Bios pins and near them was a diagram for my powerswitch etc pins so i have them reconnected properly, honestly the diagram is nearly three inches away from the pins and is right in beside a PCI (? Correct name for modem card socket?) socket. I am delighted to have found them and i hope other people might learn from this that the Pin diagram is not always beside or even near the pins. I really could still do with the manual but i will probably ring Fujitsu. You probably think i am a blind bat but honestly i have scrutinised the board looking for the name of it but i did not scrutinise all of the print that obviously did not look like the brand name and i only looked in the vicinity of the pins for a diagram. At this rate i wonder should i remove everything off the board to look underneath! Weird that the board is different from the manual on the Fujitsu site! It definitely is different, the single pin is in the middle of the set on my board but in the MSI manual it is at the end. Maybe the UK machines used a different board. Bios of my computer
automatically goes to its default position after power goes off. It cannot then boot unless bios is reset manually .Time and date also goes to its original position.Battery is changed. But problem is not solved.OS windows xp pentium IV.
